It's clear that U.S. consumers have little to no desire to manually enter all of their information, so e-commerce retailers need to figure out a way to streamline this process for them. Amazon's 1-Click Ordering, for example, allows a shopper to use their saved payment and shipping information to literally make a purchase with one click of a button.
Sponsored Mobile has moved on from being “the new black” in ecommerce to become the default experience. And while customer engagement can be a journey, making a purchase should never be — customers want push-button purchasing ability that they can do wherever whenever.

Last word: Growing the 2PML Community.
Sometimes, it's not what you know - it's who you know, as they adage goes. 2PML is now read by over 1,000 organically-subscribed leaders in brand, eCommerce, data, and marketing. Given that the letter's content and community are only relevant if grown organically, I'd ask you to introduce 2PML to your trusted peers.
In the coming weeks, a Slack group will be formed as a mindshare for the readers of 2PML. It will serve as a way to reach out to veterans and rookies, friends and competitors. Media and eCommerce, agency and brand will have a forum to connect with no other incentive than progress. Additionally, thought leadership essays and content can be submitted to 2PML through these channels for consideration.
If you haven't ever been a part of a large Slack group, I strongly recommend it. You never know who you may need or who may need you. So in closing, thank you for reading and passing this along. And remember, it's not quantity that matters, it's quality. 2PM Links will continue to grow in an understated and organic fashion.
